  3.  Renovate Existing Facilities:  Address major structural and mechanical issues with existing eight buildings.

  4. Bring Back Horses:  Renovate horse facilities and paddocks.

  1. Re-Open Indoor Riding Arena for Riding Lessons and Equine Therapy

  2. Offer Horse Boarding and Trail Riding

  3. Open  Mini-Golf Course for Special Needs Accessibility

  4. Open Drive-Through Food Pantry Operations

  5. Open Activity Center
