Wedding Venue Tours can be scheduled most Mondays at the following times:
10:00 AM - 10:35 AM, 11:00 AM - 11:35 AM, 12:00 PM - 12:35 PM
OR
Saturdays, when no wedding or event conflicts, at the following times:
9:00 AM - 9:35 AM, 10:00 AM - 10:35 AM, 11:00 AM - 11:35 AM, 12:00 PM - 12:35 PM
Note: Tours are available for booking beginning April 17, 2023.

What can I expect?
We'll walk you through The Clubhouse Bridal Chambers, ceremony and reception sites, and you'll get to see some of the beautiful outdoors and perhaps some of the animals at our ranch, if they aren't shy. Note that there may be another bride and groom touring at the same time, due to limited appointment slots. On average, tours are about 35 minutes in length, where you can get your questions answered and even sign a contract, if you're ready. Be sure to check our calendar for your wedding date planning as well.

Where should I park for the tour?
You can enter via our Menomonee Avenue entrance and drive straight back to The Clubhouse parking lot. Be sure to check our Directions section before heading out on your way, as we do have another address on Maple Road.

Who can I bring?
It's up to you! If the bride wants to come alone, with just the groom or bring along the parents or her sister, as examples, to see the venue, that all sounds great to us! We do recommend as intimate a group as possible for tours for efficiency.

What if I need to cancel?
If you need to cancel your appointment with us, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by emailing Wendy at tplweddings@gmail.com. In the rare circumstance that we need to cancel, we will reach you using the information you provide to us and will be flexible in rescheduling a time that works for everyone.
